Leon Leibovich is CEO and Managing Partner of Troy Business Advisors. Leon has enjoyed a long lasting and successful business carreer, and is a highly regarded and recognized business leader with over 40+ years of senior level corporate management, business development and advisory expertise; Leon is a trusted advisor committed to meeting the unique needs of business owners in executing exit strategy and making buy/sell business deals a reality.

Leon is devoted to managing and successfully operating our boutique M&A and business brokerage firm with principal activities in facilitating merger and acquisitions of small/mid-size companies with annual revenue $2M to $50M+ and EBITDA $500K to $5M+, while providing invaluable high-level advisory for both sellers and buyers. Leon holds a Master Degrees in Management Science and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University in Chicago.

Leon is married to his wife Irena of over 50 years, and they enjoy time with their three children and eight grandchildren. Leon has a very impressive sport background: former professional soccer player, owner of professional soccer club and founder and CEO of a major sport management firm.

Leon has assembled a group of talented team members that are experienced, capable, dedicated and forward-thinking individuals, whose collective skills and expertise provide a new vision in today’s global market place, specifically in advisory, business brokerage and M&A sectors.
