We are a premier M&A and Business Brokerage firm that focuses on facilitating sales, mergers and acquisitions of small and medium size businesses with annual revenue typically between $2,000,000 to $50,000,000. Upon receipt of a referral from you, we manage the entire process from there. Other than the initial introduction – no other work of any kind is necessary on your part.

How It Works
1.
You introduce a business owner who might be exploring a sale or succession.
2.
We handle everything confidentially — valuation, marketing, negotiations and closing.
3.
You earn a referral success fee upon completion of the transaction.
General parameters of the companies to be referred:
1.
Privately held small and medium size companies
2.
Various types (service, distribution, manufacturing, etc.)
3.
Annual sales volume from $2M to $50M or more
4.
Located in the Midwest (IL, IN, WI, MI)
5.
Business owner(s) willing to discuss potential business sale
Who Can Participate

Confidentiality and Trust
- All referrals are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Referral sources are protected — we never contact your client without your permission
- Referral Agreement to be signed between Troy Ba and Referrer.
- Your actual referral will be disclosed in the Supplement to the Referral Agreement.
Businesses referred to us are subject to approval and acceptance by our review team. We will not reach out to any businesses which have been referred to us until we have agreed to accept the referral from you. Once approved by our team, we will sign a Supplement to the Referral Agreement between you and us which Supplement will describe all relevant details about the referred business. Once the Supplement to the Referral Agreement has been fully completed, we will take the next steps to reach out to the ownership of the company referred by you and begin the process of selling the company. Payment of referral fee is subject to the actual closing of the business transaction between us and the selling company referred by you.
